“ CLegend has it that Jun, the Patron of Sugarcane fields, fell madly in love with the Goddess guarding the Cihuatán Valley….
His heart beat so fast that sweet notes of Brown Sugar, Rich Molasses, Caramelized Almonds and Allspice poured out and infused our barrel with a lovely and unforgetful taste!
Story goes that Ux, the Goddess of Fertility, chose our lush hills to bear her beautiful baby and wrapped him with blankets of orange preserves, maraschino cherries and cinnamon sticks, gracing our valley with these sweet and fruitful flavours.
“ Cha, or the Mischief Twins, enjoyed spicing things up in the Pantheon of Deities! It is said that they had a taste for stealing red apples, pecan pies, salvadoran camotes and geraniums from the elder’s banquets… and as they fled the scene they would leave a heavenly bouquet behind them.
